Wagstaff implements NetSuite as their new CRM platform. NetSuite is the industry's first and only Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business software that supports our entire company from accounting, enterprise resource planning (ERP) and e-commerce. Netsuite being a cloud based system, was chosen for its security and flexibility to mould to our business needs with the added features of real time visibility, accessible reporting feature and case management system to accommodate and adapt to Wagstaff's growing needs. It provides real time visibility across the entire business, data management with access to information anywhere, anytime providing clients access to monitor their spend, and orders. It also has a Reporting feature that provides detailed reports, KPI's and trend graphs allowing reports to be mailed automatically in Excel or PDF formats with the added ability to export and import data in various formats. Netsuite's case management system allows Wagstaff to handle customers complaints quickly and more efficiently.
